The company was founded in 1969 by Bernd Freier as a small boutique in Würzburg with only 25 square metres of floor space, named Sir Oliver after the hero of Charles Dickens novel, Oliver Twist. To reflect the spirit of the times, the 'Sir' was added to the name in homage to the London fashion scene and to add international flair to the boutique, as the British capital's most successful gentleman's outfitters also featured a 'Sir' in their names.

This product has to be ordered and shipped as soon as it is received at our warehouse from the manufacturer / agent. Typically, this occurs within 3-4 business days
Please note that we charge a fee of 10% on the value of the goods if you want to stop sending out on ordered goods after the order has already been placed or if you let the package return automatically after it has been sent out

Shipping

- The shipping is always free of charge on any purchase over 550 DKK

- Generally, packages are shipped directly from our warehouse with DPD or UPS as a registered and insured parcel.

- The total delivery time depends on if what you order is in stock or not and if we need to order the item from the supplier first.

- Normally, it takes about 1-2 working days for a parcel to arrive at the nearest pick-up location after we have shipped it from our warehouse. However, we cannot be responsible for any delays the courier encounters.

- When a product is shipped from our warehouse you will get a notification by email with a tracking number as well as an automatic SMS.

- DPD or UPS will send a notification upon arrival and after a few days again if the package has not been collected.

- The parcel will remain at the pick-up location for a limited amount of time before it will be automatically returned if not collected on time.
